Supplemental Credit Terms

• Subscription Credits. Your monthly subscription includes a base allotment of usage credits, added to your account each billing cycle. Subscription Credits reset with each billing cycle and do not roll over or accumulate.
• Purchased Credits. You may purchase additional usage credits at any time through your dashboard, in any amount between $5 and $500 per purchase. Your purchase is complete, and these Credit Terms apply to it, when payment is confirmed at checkout. Purchased Credits remain in your account until used or expired as described below.
• Promotional Credits.GreatOak may, at its sole discretion, issue free credits as part of a promotion, referral, or goodwill gesture (“Promotional Credits”). Promotional Credits expire at the time stated when issued, or 90 days after issuance if no time is stated.

Credits are consumed by your Companion's activity — messages, voice interactions, memory operations, and other metered usage. Consumption rates vary by interaction type and the underlying AI models used, and may be updated from time to time. Credits are deducted in the order: Promotional Credits, then Subscription Credits, then Purchased Credits.

When your balance reaches zero, your Companion pauses conversations until credits are added. Your Companion will warn you before this happens. Your balance can never go negative and you will never be charged beyond your available balance except through purchases or Auto-Refill you authorize.

You may enable Auto-Refill, which automatically purchases a credit amount you choose whenever your balance drops below a threshold you choose. By enabling Auto-Refill, you authorize GreatOak to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis for the refill amount (plus applicable taxes) each time the refill triggers, until you disable Auto-Refill in your dashboard. Each Auto-Refill purchase is charged on or around the time the credits are added to your account. You can disable Auto-Refill at any time; disabling it does not affect credits already purchased.

• Consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Unused Purchased Credits may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, Purchased Credits are non-refundable.
• Subscription and Promotional Credits have no cash value and are never refundable.
• On cancellation: if you cancel your subscription, remaining credits stay usable for 30 days after your final billing period ends. After that 30-day window, your Companion goes offline and all remaining credits expire and cannot be recovered.
• On account closure or termination for breach of the Terms, all credits expire immediately.

Credits are not legal tender, currency, property, or a stored value account. They have no cash value except as expressly stated in Section D. You may not sell, trade, or transfer credits to any other person, account, or entity. Credits may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.

Credit prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout where required. GreatOak may change credit consumption rates or these Credit Terms prospectively; changes do not affect credits already in your account except as required by law. We will notify you of material changes.
